Alwayse is happy to announce that it signed an agreement with Swedish Lifco AB, to purchase all the shares in Alwayse Engineering Ltd.
Lifco is a business group which has a total turnover of SEK 21.6 billion and employs about 6,512 people globally. Alwayse Engineering will be consolidated into the Systems Solutions business area, division Service and Distribution. Consolidation is expected to take place in March 2023.
The change in ownership will have no effect on customers, manufacturing or daily running of the business. However, Peter Lawton has announced his retirement and will leave the business with immediate effect.
