Message from the Managing Director
We’re already approaching the end of Q1, and I’m really proud of what we’ve achieved so far. We dispatched 60,953 ball units on the last week of February. This is the most we have ever dispatched in one week.
I am also really happy to announce that I’ve been chosen to sit on the advisory board for the West Midland Combined Authority Logistics and Distribution cluster. The cluster includes a wide range of activities that enable the storage and movement of goods and people across business and society.
We’ve also been hard at work on some exciting new products. They’ll be launching within the next month, so be sure to follow us on LinkedIn to stay in the loop.
It’s been a fantastic month, and there’s plenty more to look forward to in the weeks ahead. A huge thank you to our amazing colleagues, partners, and customers for helping us keep the momentum going.

International Women’s Day
We celebrated the incredible team of women we have for International Women’s Day. The engineering industry has long been seen as a male-dominated field but that’s changing, and we’re proud to be part of that change.
HMP Featherstone
Claire and Richard visited HMP Featherstone in Wolverhampton and they were impressed by its diverse manufacturing capabilities, including welding, CNC machining, printing, and textiles. They were also impressed by the focus on training and rehabilitation, equipping prisoners with real-world skills for life beyond prison.
50% Cost Reduction for Large 3PL
We implemented a ball transfer unit for a large 3PL which led to a 50% cost reduction during non-peak periods, 25% reduction during peak periods, and an expected ROI of 4-6 months. The product was ready for beneficial use just six weeks from the time the order was placed.
2025 Awards
Don’t forget about our 2025 awards.
We are paying tribute to the customers who consistently go above and beyond to support us as a business, so this year we are launching our very own customer awards. There are three categories with the winner of each being awarded £500 towards their Alwayse marketing activity.
The categories are:
- Most interactive with our social media
- Most innovative use of our products
- Largest percentage of growth in order value with us (when compared to 2024) – to qualify for this award you must have been an active customer of ours for the previous 3 years
You do not need to register for the awards, we will be monitoring the interactions throughout the year and will announce he winners at the end of 2025.
