THE CHALLENGE
Ford Motor Company is one of the world’s most well-known brands with operations in over 125 countries, fitting 10 million car wheels each year. In the Romanian plant, wheels were being manually carried to each new car on the production line and then continually rotated for correct alignment. This increased worker fatigue and lowered the efficiency of the production line.

THE SMART SOLUTION
Alwayse designed and manufactured a Ball Transfer Unit system for Ford’s production line that eliminated the need for heavy lifting and any resulting injuries. Wheels can be easily rotated and precisely positioned with minimal effort.
