AKYAPAK drilling machines provide high quality manufacturing and application solutions to many industries.

They required effortless movement of steel plates up to 80mm thick and 750kg that improved efficiency.

THE SMART SOLUTION

Alwayse worked with AKYAPAK to build a Ball Deck for their CNC plate drilling machines and lathes. This allowed for:

360° movement in all processes including milling, drilling, boring and slotting etc. with minimal effort, despite the weight of the plates.

Multiple plate sizes could now be handled without resetting the machine, greatly increasing efficiency.
