Within the Pressings Industry, heavy duty progression tools are often used in the manufacture of large stamping profiles – contained within production flow lines. These repeated shock-loading procedures can have a significant impact on standard Ball Transfer Units. But Alwayse have developed a unique solution to counter the challenge.

Die lifters are spring-loaded within housing units that protect the Ball Transfer Unit by enabling it to retract and rise. They are often used in SMED procedures (Single Minute Exchange of Die) to minimise tool changeovers.

Tee blocks can also be set into the power press or machine tools that have t-slots. This enables effortless positioning of tooling and large machining blanks prior to clamping.
